Check in time is 2.30pm on your first day and you have to vacate the property by 10am on your final morning.
All our sites are open 7 days per week, 8.30am until 5pm. We are closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
If you can’t check in before the site closes at 5pm, don’t worry! Just let us know when you’ll arrive and we will send you instructions on how to access the site and accommodation.

Car parking is available at all of our locations free of charge for guests.
We welcome well behaved pets at all of our locations. There is a fee of £30 per pet, up to a maximum of 2.
Yes, all of our accommodations have free Wi-Fi access – Speeds may vary.
We do indeed! You can hire boats for the day from £99 from Goytre Wharf, Blackwater Meadow and Whichurch Marina (Which is close to Wrenbury Mill). You also get a 25% discount off day hire if you’ve booked one of our Holiday Cottages.
Yes we provide towels and linen to all of our guests for the duration of your stay.
